Data Retention & Deletion

Data Retention Policy

We store your personal information for a period of time that is consistent with our business purposes. We will retain your personal information for the length of time needed to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

Active Accounts

• Google user data: Retained while account is active and connected
• Campaign data: 2 years for performance optimization
• Performance data: 1 year for analytics and insights
• AI optimization data: 6 months for algorithm improvement

Account Deletion

• Immediate deactivation of all services
• 30-day recovery window for account restoration
• Permanent deletion of all data after 30 days
• Encrypted backup retention: 90 days maximum

Data Deletion Process

When the data retention period expires for a given type of data, we will delete or destroy it according to our secure deletion procedures. You may request for your data to be deleted by contacting us at support@clevrads.com or through your account settings. Google user data can also be removed by revoking access through your Google Account settings.

Children's Privacy

ClevRads is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.

International Data Transfers

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international transfers, including Standard Contractual Clauses and adequacy decisions where applicable.
