User Accounts & Registration

Account Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Provide accurate, complete information
• Maintain account security
• Notify us of unauthorized access

Account Responsibilities

• Keep login credentials secure
• Update information when changed
• Accept responsibility for account activity
• Comply with all applicable laws

Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Service to violate any laws, infringe on others' rights, or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities.

• Starter ($29/month): 3 accounts, advanced features
• Pro ($97/month): 10 accounts, unlimited AI
• Agency ($297/month): Unlimited accounts, white-labeling

Billing Terms

• Monthly recurring billing
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled
• No refunds for partial months
• Price changes with 30-day notice

Payment Processing

• Processed by Stripe
• Secure payment methods
• Failed payments may suspend service
• Dispute resolution through Stripe

Cancellation

• Cancel anytime through account settings
• Service continues until period ends
• No refunds for unused time
• Data retained per privacy policy

Service Limitations & Disclaimers

Service Availability

• 99.9% uptime target
• Scheduled maintenance with notice
• No guarantee of uninterrupted service
• Force majeure events excluded

AI & Automation

• AI predictions are estimates only
• No guarantee of campaign performance
• User responsible for final decisions
• AI may make errors or mistakes

Third-Party Services

• Google Ads API subject to Google's terms
• Stripe payment processing
• OpenAI for AI features
• Subject to third-party limitations

Data & Content

• User responsible for content accuracy
• No guarantee of data accuracy
• Backup user's responsibility
• Service not a backup solution

License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You retain ownership of your content and data.

Liability Cap

• Maximum liability: Amount paid in last 12 months
• No liability for free tier users
• Excludes intentional misconduct
• Subject to applicable law

Exclusions

• Personal injury or death
• Fraud or intentional misconduct
• Statutory consumer rights
• Where prohibited by law

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ClevRads and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Termination

Termination by You

• Cancel subscription anytime
• Delete account through settings
• Service ends at period end

Termination by Us

• Material breach of terms
• Non-payment of fees
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Service discontinuation

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data in accordance with our privacy policy, though you may request data export before termination.
